Liisa Apartment is a 3-bedroom apartment located on the quiet Wasserfallweg in the heart of Bad Kleinkirchheim, just 150 meters from the flat ski run, providing access to both sides of the ski area. Within walking distance are Thermen St. Kathrein (450m), several ski lifts, a ski school at 700m, and numerous charming restaurants in the vicinity.

We offer the following arrangements:

• During winter peak season: weekly stays (Saturday to Saturday)
• Outside of winter peak season: minimum 3-night stay

The apartment offers stunning views of Bad Kleinkirchheim's mountain world and is close to everything. Ideal for hiking, biking, and golfing in the summer, with nearby ski slopes, cross-country skiing, and thermal baths in the winter.

With an indoor garage and additional outdoor parking spaces, there is ample (free) parking provided, allowing you to securely store your bicycles indoors during the summer and skis in a large ski storage area during the winter.
